Unsatisfied customer trying to add lines

We have had an account with AT & T account since 2005. The account is always kept in good standing. We have had a personal account with 12 phones and 1 iPad for many years. On the last day of the current billing cycle we canceled 1 phone and 1 iPad. We are trying to replace those 2 spots on the first day of the new billing cycle with other family members phones; current AT & T customers. The only way those lines can be transferred is to make a deposit in the amount of $150 PER LINE. This deposit is retained by AT & T for ONE YEAR without interest! I have talked with multiple AT & T representatives that are unable to waive this fee. Again, let me say that we are longtime (greater than 10 years) customers, a significant payment is made monthly and on time, AT & T is unable to accommodate this request to waive the deposit! So much for being able to access the FRIENDS & FAMILY VALUE PLAN without paying a significant deposit! Absolutely not acceptable! We are very dissatisfied customers! We will be sure to share our story with everyone we know!
