Hello, before leaving for Mexico I stopped in my local ATT store and asked how to shut off my phone so that I will only be able to use it via wifi since the resort offers it for free, she showed me how to go into my settings and shut off my cellular data, I did. But I am still recieving phone calls & text. I have not tried to text back or answer and phone calls and I better not be getting charged because I did exactly what she said. Why is this happening!
