My wife and I have been ATT customers for several years now and the account has been under her name. Just recently the account was transfered to me. My first bill was due on the 15th of May but because where it fell in my pay cycle I am not able to pay it untill the 22. (This Friday) I have only recieved one phone call and I did talk to somebody and they pretty much said that there is nothing they can do that they have no controll over when and if my service could be shut off. All I want to know is this. Do I really have to worry about my account being shut off in the next 24-48 hours? Or should I be good to go?
