i was wondering, i have been trying to transfer me my wifes and my brothers account that is currently in my name into my wifes name....but the guy we talked to somewhere in the middle east that could not speak english, so i had no idea what he was saying said something to the sort that since my brother was on the next plan and his phone is not paid for yet that his phone needed to be paid off before we can do the transfer......does this make since to anyone....or is this really how this mess works.....thanks
