Problems with Att

Hello,
I have a big issue with my wireless bill. Last month my Att app on my iPhone plus the website stated that I never used Internet the whole month. And when It did start showing how much I used it was under what the actual bill shows. I called customer service and got the run around how it's not their job to notify me. Which I understand, but I should be at least able to log in to my Att account and see how much Internet was used on the account. Yet was unable to all month last month. I have screen captures from 2 separate days last month also I have emails stating we weren't at the Internet that the system is saying we were at.
