On April 27, 2015 I called to place a phone order for my son's Iphone. The order was placed wrong and I was told it would be refunded to my credit card within 15 days. I never received the phone. Hilary Fink in the Premiere Dept. assured me that the shipment was stopped and was sent back to the warehouse. Once the shipment was received I would be credited back the amount for the phone.
Well, I got my bill today, May 14, 2015 and I was not refunded the $216.19 for the error. I did not receive the phone, I did not order the phone, but I was charged for the phone. The order was placed wrong by AT&T and I immediately informed them.
This is really fraud...a company bills you for something you didn't order, something you never received, and tells you to expect a refund within 2 weeks, but then doesn't refund the money.
Hmmm...I wonder if my credit card company can help me with this problem? AT&T doesn't seem to be able to correct their own errors...
