I scheduled my payment online on Fri 05/08 and over the weekend there was a computer glitch with my bank and a lot of customers payments to multiple businesses was returned. The bank has agreed to pay the return fees but my concern is whether or not AT&T will try to re-submit the payment or if they will disconnect my services. This was a payment arrangement to begin with as I am always late but I do always pay my bill. I would rather they re-submit the payment as the money is in there. However, if they choose to interupt my services, it will cost me a lot of money to restore services, money that I do not have and will be forced to take my business elsewhere.
