I got a $200 promotion card for turning in my old iPhone, which the agent at the store said would be applied to my account. I just found out that the promotion was not applied to my account, and instead given as a gift card to att which expired a week ago. I called ATT and was put on hold for 30 minutes and then told that there was nothing they could do because the promotion had expired. Is there anything I can do to fix this?? The store employee told me it would be applied automatically. Is there any department that won't just put me on hold? As a loyal customer for 5 years it's making me seriously think about switching when my contract comes up.
