I am a new customer for att. When my husband first got on the plan we specifically asked if the price they gave us would be for two phones before I switched over and joined him. They said yes. Once I joined nothing on the bill would change. Well low and behold I received the bill for last month after joining and our bill is $247!! There is no way I want to pay that. It just stinks that you can't count on customer service at all. Now we are stuck in a contract and I know when it comes to my word against there's nothing will be done about it. Very disappointed that this is what we have to deal with now!
