Went to ATT store to start new service coming over from verizon. Didn't qualify for next. So I had to start a new 2 year service. They would not price match a online premotion currently with ATT (there own buisness). So I had to leave the store come home and manually start a new account to get the phone premotion. And do a pickup in store. Did that. Did not even get the phone I wanted. Once they brought the phones out and ported our Verizon numbers over we finally have service. A week later now I checked myATT to look at the bill. And I was over charger x2 for activation fees because of having to order phones online and porting numbers,etc...
so I went to the store 20min later they said I was over charged for 2 activations and they would take care of it. Still today it shows an outrageous bill on my account. So I called "customer service" and explained... and I said at this point just wave the activation fees if you want to keep me. They said they cant. I should have stayed with verizon.
