leaving att

I have 5 lines and have been with att for years. I pay atound 500 every month. I called to make payment arrangement and they told me they couldnt bc i have made to many payment arrangements. But they have still gotten 500 every month. So guess im taking my 5 lines to tmobile bc att couldnt give me a couple more days theybwoukd rather loose that money.
