I signed up for the text to pay option and I tried to set up a payment for May 6, 2015. Everything seemed ok by them, the last text they sent was asking for a confirmation text that I wanted to pay my bill on the 6th. I reaponded yes like it they asked but their response was that my request was not approved for some
Reason and they still suspended my account. Why is that fair when it is their mess up for not being able to process their own request? Please help! I shouldn't have a suspended account! I can't even call customer service to figure this out.
