Went to local outlet two months ago to purchase a cable for 4s that was having issues charging. Sales rep told me I needed to go to the next program because with the current agreement my bill was going up 40 dollars and if u went to new program I could get a new phone and my bill would only increase 10 a month.
Received first bill for almost double went in to talk with them saw my sales rep and asked about billing he explained it was a first month program charge and my bill would be fixed next cycle. It's still double called the main customer service and they told me what the program rely is. I can't afford my bill to be double. Is it legal for a sales person to misrepresent a contract and be held to it.
