I purchased 2 Iphone yesterday and was disapointed that they can charge $40. per line for activation fees and can not waive it. The most they would help out with is $25.00 off the bill. After being with them for over 6 years and have 3 lines with them you think they would value you as a good customer and waive those fees. So feed up with there customer service and thinking its time to switch back to the other company who had better services and prices.
