U.S. ARMY DEPLOYED

Hi Att! I am currently deployed and before I left I called and asked to have my phone service suspended for the duration of my deployment. My fellow soldiers have told me setting up this service was free to do and that I would not be billed for the time I spend out of country. However I just received a bill paid it by the way and was wondering what was up? It says the billing cycle was from 4 days after I had the service deactivated until tomorrow April 22. I really don't see the need to be paying for my service I can't obviously use out here please let me know what I should do!
