I used AT&T wireless for a few days and then closed it but I got a bill for the full month. I paid in full, expecting a refund later. But it never happened. I called them up, but was told because the account was closed I couldn't get a refund. How is that possible? Why cannot AT&T simply issume me a check for the days I didn't use the service? People including myself cancel services all the time, and they always get a check. Is AT&T robbing me?
