How about sending me a bill before its past due?

Dear ATT
How can it be past due if I haven't received a bill yet?
This has been the case for many months. You need to send me a bill then I can pay it. But to charge me for a past due amount is wrong if I never received a bill in the first place. So effective immediately you send me the bill before the due date. Or I will change my provider.
