Is that how you's treat a long time customerr who has fallen behind ?

Dear AT&T thank you so much for the disconnect notice three days after I was disconnected That being said I explained to you all when I could make another payment . Now I'll get a tracphone and pay you $1o a month so you cant send it to collections .Nice way to treat a customer on disability that has fallen on hard times do to a family heath crisis ......yes I even explained that to you all and the "customer service" rep I spoke to two days ago disconnected me when I was telling them my situation and that I had tried to make arrangements as fast as I could . Thanks for nothing . Going to see if Sprint will buy me out as well
