My contract is up so I figured that I would upgrade my phone like I normally do when my contract is up. I went to the ATT store and found out that the only way I can upgrade my phone is to pay more on my bill. Why is that? Does ATT now punish loyal customers? What happened to the good old days of upgrading when your contract is up? Was the sales person mistaken? or do I need to look for other options?
