I had $161.93 taken out of my checking account by at&t not authorized, I'm not enrolled in in autopay. I normally pay with my debit card. However, I did approve a one time payment to be taken out of my checking account after purchasing a new cellphone for the same amount $161.93 which was paid on 1/14/15. and since then I have paid by debit card and my bill is due tomorrow for 85.65. I was told by at&t that they can't see that they took the amount out of my checking. It was verified to me by my credit union that it was indeed done by at&t. I have spent hours on the phone, with at&t, how did I get the much needed money back in my account?
