I called to extend scheduled payment as I would not be in town when it was due. The tech stated that the computers were down and there was nothing they could do at the moment. I said I did not want to loose service and had planned to pay bill as soon as I got to town. Before their computers were back online my service was suspended and I've been without service since. This has created a very big problem for my business and i am curious as to my option since I took the steps needed but Att had problems that created this. Is there anyway to restore service before I get to town and can pay or can they not charge reconnect fee or is there anything that can be done or am I just screwed cause their computers were down.? Anyone know anything about to do about this?
