disconnect

I had a scheduled late payment set up. I always do this and have it set for payment to be automatically taken out using my card number. This time, for some reason, it wasn't taken out and now my phones have been disconnected. The payment was for $925 and now because of the disconnect I have to pay over $1500. I was expecting the automatic withdrawal. Can I pay the $925 today and schedule a payment for the rest and get my phones reconnected
