I would like to open conversation on "Automatic dataplan activation on base of "registered device" and issues with AT&T handeling false activation.

If yes, were you succesefull with "fixing" billing for DataPlan you never asked and used?

I spend days with different service representatives and get nowhere. It feels like you are bitting your had agains concreet wall.
