4 lines and first bill is 1225.00????????

So Ive been on the phone now with ATT for past 2 weeks trying to get this resolved.....

I ordered service on Feb 14th after being with Verizon for over 12 years.  My billing cycle started on Feb 15th but the phones did not show up at my house till Feb 17th.

My order shows my first bill will be 253.00 and 2, 1 time activation fees at 40.00 each.  2 of the phones I signed for were on 2 year agreements, 2 of the phones were on their edge or whatever its called plan.  I have the email to show it!

So two weeks ago I get my first emial of my bill, so I go to their site and open my bill..... its 1220.00 so I call ATT.  Spoke to a Lady who went thru and could see that for some odd reason ATT added a 10 gb family share line per line @ 100.00.....  so each line had its own 10gb shared plan.  She then tells me that all 4 lines are on 2 year agreements, which is not the "legal" documents I signed for, infact 2 of my lines I never signed a 2 year agreement for, therefore ATT has no grounds to stand on if I canceled my lines.

She tells me, yes we messed up, your first bill with the activation should have been 380.00 or around that, let me fix that and get back to you.

2 weeks later and not hearing back I pull up my account again and still shows 1220.00....  so I called ATT again, this person tells me that I have been prorated and I have 2 months of fee's on my account and there is nothing they can do for me.  They tell me that I am owed a 600.00 credit but my first bill should be 620.99....  keeping in mind that the documents I signed and the email I have show my first bill would only be 253.00 plus 80.00 for the 2 agreements.  She then transfered me to her manager who was nothing but rude and told me I need to read the agreement I signed.

I hung up on him as he lacked any common sense of the matter.

Today I called back and got a nice lady who looked at my bill.... she also said ya its a mess.  Going thru it she tells me that I was billed for 2 months because on the 15th I put in my corp. discount number to get my 20% off and that dictates the billing cycle and that happen to just be the first day of the company I work for, billing cycle.....  Which has to be the most stupidest thing I have heard!

So now Im still sitting, waiting for a call back from ATT on fixing my bill, wondering who I should transfer the lines to or go to Straight talk as I dont have a contract on 2 of my lines.  I also have figured out that its not my corp discount that tells it when the billing cycle is, but when I order the phones on the 14th, then applied my discount on the 15th ATT's system thinks I made a change to my account causing me to be prorated for that month plus the next month when infact I only added my discount.  I would assume that adding a discount would not cause a "normal" system to freak out like this.
