Hello All
I cancelled my account with AT&T on March 1, 2015. I received an email stating that my bill was ready to view on March 10, 2015. I could not log in to my account online due to canceling. I have called the customer service number to try to pay my last bill and they gave me a different phone number to call. Called that phone number and AT&T cannot pull up my account. I NEED TO PAY MY BILL. This is very inconvenient. My payment is due today. I have not received anything in the mail.
So, if any of you have any suggestions as to how I can pay, I would appreciate it.
