My account number is [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.] with AT&T. It is a wireless phone account closed in 2011. I called customer service every day since march 6, 2015 to get my bills from november 2010 to march 2011 and even after my calling everyday they sent the bill to the wrong address - of my comany that doesn`t exist anymore.
I am so anygry. I need my bills - and i verified my SIN but these people either dont want to help or are dumb.
need help!!!
Now they say the case will be resolved on April 3rd when I have to leave the country on the 5th of April.
PLEASE HELP!
