I have been having issues with overcharging on my account, I have contacted AT & T several times for very long periods and have records of those conversations and of the credits that are promessed in the next bill that always disapear by the next billing cycle. I have hard copies of the conversations and copys of the bills. I was given an email address to send them to but have yet to receive a respons that they have even been received. The CS agent that gave me the email adress for his superviser was Rae *** and the email was [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.].
