BILLING HELP

Hi,

 

I was on a cruise in  december. few days before the cruise i called up to check if Att had any plans/Packs to use my cellphone on cruise. An agent suggested me to get a $30 passport advantage pack which is a one time charge and he said my calls will be a $1 per minute, Text msgs free and 250 MB data. I asked the agent multiple times if these are the only charges i would have. He assured me on this. And then when i received the bill i got $627. I called up right away and asked what the issue was and i heard a shocking news from the agent that the pack was wrongly suggested to me and that pack wasnt the right one. Later i spoke to a higher manager who said he has filed a case against the agent for wrongly suggesting this pack and asked me to wait for them to sort this out and not to pay the bill till they get back to me with the right amount. Till i was waiting on this i was out of the country for 4 weeks to get married. Once i was back i see another $420 bill of the next cycle which includes $40 charge for not paying the bill and $160 for a phone claim filed which was never received as i was not even in the country. I called them multiple times to get this sorted but they have just been transferring my call from department to department and agent to agent. Please help this is causing a lot of Mental Stress on me.
