Fraudulent charge for a returned iphone

On January 15, 2015 @10:13 am. I mailed back my iphone 5s due to me upgrading on the next plan. I have the receipt and a picture of the box I mailed it in. I have spoken with several agents and no can help me. The last agent (Brandon out of South Carolina) was no help and disconnected the call. I was told by several AT&T representatives this has been an ongoing problem with their customers. This is very unfair and poor customer service on AT&T part. My husband needs his phone due to him being in the military. Someone higher up needs to address this issue asap.
