CHEATED BY ATT WIRELESS! CANCELING WIRELESS - UVERSE & INTERNET

I've been a customer with ATT for over 5 years now, and last month I called ATT to see what specials they had going on since I was thinking about moving to Sprint. 

I spoke to a Customer service rep and he informed me that the best he could offer me was to double my internet from 15GB to 30 GB AT NO EXTRA COST. I accepted the offer and now to MY SURPRISE my bill this month has extra charges of almost $60 becasue of this change. 

I called Customer service to see what happened and I got to speak to very rude people and a supervisor by the name of Yanci P. and here is what they explained:

"Well Sr. we offered you the double data plan but you had a promo before were you were getting 15GB for the price of 10GB, so now whe have to charge your the regular price for 15GB which is like $60 more.."  I said "Why didnt they explain this to me before making the changes? Then I will rather go back to the 15GB this is enough date for me" ---- Response from ATT "Sorry Sr. we can't put you back to the 15 GB at the same price you were paying becasue that offer expired, so your only option is to go back to 10GB to get the same price you were paying before.." " YOU JUST'VE BEEN CHEATED BY ATT!"

Well this is how I feel now and I want to warn anyone out there to never trust this company again on any offers, they dont take the time to explain or at least to correct their mistakes, I'm very dissapointed with ATT and will definetly move to Sprint now, better price and I was told the service is good....
