i have been waiting for a hundred dollar bill credit for porting my wife's line over from sprint since oct/nov 2014. This is absurd that it has taken this long. I have been told it was all set and I would be receiving on this bill and that Bill. But I NEVER GOT IT! I even got a text from a supervisor stating that they took care of it, and I call back anyway to confirm, and sure enough! NOPE! Still not done. Then I'm told to call back in a day when the system updates. When I do as told the woman on the phone can't talk to be because allegedly her computer system was down, but she promised to call me back. And of course as usual got absolutely no call back. Now I've paid my bill minus the $100, because they said it was taken care of. And now I'm getting messages that say I forgot to pay my bill!? I don't get u guys. When I spent $80 a month I was treated great, now that I spend $280 a month im treated like I'm no body. Seriously, what is it going to take to get someone to fix this problem!? Not to mention the bill credit was originally going to be $150 or so I was told. But like everything else you guys tell me, it wasn't the truth.
