I recently became a customer with ATT on Oct 2014. I had 2 lines and everything was going fine. I called to activate a 3rd line the gentleman said he had to run my credit which he did. He said I qualified for another line with no problem. I ported my number from Metro PCS. I called to activate my phone upon arrival and realized there was a 4th line and now I am showing a $445 charge for a deposit. On the agreement I signed on line it did not state I had a deposit. Something is not right here. I paid my bill on time but they added The amount to the deposit and now I am subject to disconnection. Please help.
