I tried to contact AT&T since 1/27/2015 regarding of this restoral fee. Charise from AT&T asked my account information on 1/29/2015, then she disappeared. I tried to contact her several times about my account status, but she never replied. I called to AT&T on 2/8/2015, the representative said she did not see the charge in my account. On 2/18/2015, I received the statement was showed $0 balance. On 2/25/2015, I received another statement was showed $42.17. Is it AT&T working standard??? Could anybody help me to solve the case?
