About 2-3 months ago. I obviously made the mistake to call atnt for their wireless service. Due to having problems with my current internet provider. Great customer service may I add. While We waited for our modem to arrive. My son figured out what the problem was. So, we no longer needed their service or MODEM. I called to cancel. It was too late. A day later I receive my modem. As soon as I did. I went to UPS and returned to sender. 1 or 2 days go by. I get a knock at my door. And "yipee" we get the same modem delivered. DA UPS delivery guy. He was probably new. And didn't know/read that RTS all over the box meant return to sender. About a week later. I get a call from an automated service letting me know that I owe $0.00.
I took that as we received your modem. Wouldn't you?
Months for by. Now I get a Sunrise Credit Services, Inc. with a $108.00 balance. Atnt, you got some 'xplaining to do!!!!
