How is it that I've been on the phone for 2 1/2 hours, talked to 12 people 8 customer care specialist, 3 retention specialist and acounts receivables??!? And Not one person I beleive has gotten anything resolved. Bad Customer Service would be an understatement. This is embarrassing. They pass the buck, and I'm still on hold, if you would like to help me please contact me, this is really effecting my psychie and belief that this isn't purposeful.
