Blatantly lied to

I purchased a phone with the Next Plan in December and called AT&T to update my debit card information because my current card expired. The agent then asked if I was interested in the LG tablet "for only $0.99 and $10/month." I was not looking for or nor did i have any intentions of purchasing a tablet but $10/month for 2 years didn't sound bad. I agreed and was sent a link in an email to accept but did not and inquired about the activation fee. I was told that it would be waived and that the only charges I'd be resonsible for were $10/month other than the $0.99. I called several times today and after being disconnected twice, the agent basically told me that was a standard fee and that there wasn't anything that could be done. Then I begin to wonder how many people did this one agent lie to in order to sell the tablet so I join the community to ask. Well...it certainly appears that I am not the only one who was told that the activation fee on the LG tablet would be waived. I am really disappointed and frustrated.

Where is the AT&T rep that will assist myself and others that were lied to and deceived by the salesperson or salespeople that must have sold a whole bunch of LG tablets in December??
