Why can't AT&T provide the merchant authorization number to the bank. They can't even find it. There was a charge that was cancel and for my bank to release funds right away they needed the merchant authorization number, which no one at AT&T can find. All they could do is fax letter which wouldn't get to bank until next day. The bank would release funds on my account ASAP with the merchant authorization number..... Why does AT&T make it difficult?
