Never received $100 Credit for Purchase of Like New Used Samsung G5 when switched from TMobile

Not certain of how to get this resolved. In November 2014 we called AT&T to switch our 3 phones and service from T-Mobile and call center rep offered in addition to a per line offer of $150 he also told me he would give me an additional $100 if I purchased a "slightly used/like new" Samsung G5. I have his name and date of call to call center. When I finally received and activated all 3 phones I awaited the credits...the credits of the $150 per line happened earlier in February but no sign of the $100. When I called Customer Service they said they show no record of this offer so I am out of luck. I spoke to a couple different people but was given the same answer. This feels very much like a "bait & switch" to me. If they would look up the call records (I assume they record) from 11/29...This could be resolved. Not sure of where to go next to resolve. BBB? Help or suggestions? Thankyou.
