I have the FamilyPlan700 which includeds a phone for my daughter. I recently moved to another state but my daughter did not and stayed in the old state with her old number. I changed my number to the new state. When the bill came it is now in my daughters name! At no time did I give ATT wireless my daughters SS#, Identification or ask them to change my billing to her name. I have since made several desperate calls to ATT wireless customer service to PLEASE remove the bills from her name and back into my name. They assure that the next bill will be in my name only to get the next bill and it is in her name. Isn't this Identiy Theft? Isn't this Fraud? I pay the bill. I need this to go back to my name and can't seem to get ATT Wireless to do that. I want to stop service with ATT but with the new phones I am now in a 2 year contract with cancellation fee's. PLEASE SOMEBODY, help me get this back in my name or let me out of the contracts without penalty so I can do business with a company that commit fraud.
