I need to get an email address to the Corporate Office. I have had an ongoing issue with my data not resetting. My husband and myself has called for over two months and they have opened numerous cases. Each case was escalated to the next level with the statement that someone will contact us. We waited the said amount of time with no call back from anyone. After our next bill was generated we told that everything was correct and they didn't know what the issue was. That bill had a charge for $110 of data overages. We have documented daily data from the app, the data never increased consistantly, it actually would bounce from 15 down to 6 back up to 14 then to zero. The data was actually over the limit the day the new billing cycle started. We are beyond frustrated, we did get the amount refunded, however we were told it was just a favor, and the bill was correct. I'm glad the amount was refunded, however the issue was never resolved. How many other people out there had the same isssue and was blown off like us?
