Ive started with att September and my bills have been insanely high, between 400 and 500 dollars and i had a very horrible ordeal that happened i called att for help and the answer that i got was Oh i am sorry and i understand, BUT you dont qualify for help. its unbelieveable that when you call how much sympathy you get but no resolution. Im not trying to get out of paying the bill, just asking for a little more time. i am so upset with att at tis time that if i was out of contract i would change my provider.
