I need to suspend my account for one year due to temporaray working outside the country. However, I was very disappointed by the customer services because my extended suspension rate wasn't shown at the record (I called the customer services couple times to verify, but the adjusted rate still not shown as promised). My account finally get disconnected because I was waiting for my serivice rate to get adjusted. I have been an loyal at&t customer for more than 10 years, this is really disappointed and upset situation.
