Back in October I paid $37 to be able to upgrade from the iPhone 5s to the new iPhone 6. I was told I needed to pay the $37 to pay off the installment plan to be able to get the 6 so I did. I then ordered the iPhone 6 online. About a week later I recieved the iPhone 6 in the mail. I took both the 5 and the 6 into the store to activate the 6 as it was giving me trouble when I tried to do it at home. I explained to the rep in the store that I paid $37 to get off of the 5 and into the 6. We activated the 6 and then he asked if I wanted to do the promotional trade in I said sure. So I traded in the 5s for the 6 and recieved the $300 trade in card. I used the card to buy accessories and pay off my November bill. In November I received two text messages stating that Att did not receive the device for the iPhone 5s and if not returned I will be charged $296. Here we are in February and that $296 is still on my bill because I refuse to pay for a phone I do not have in my possession. I have been going back and forth between customer care and the store and no resolution. The manager in the store told me today I al being charged for the remainder of the installment plan for the 5s BUT customer service and my bill says I am being charged for the physical device itself NOT he installment plan. I asked for a corporate number to file a complaint and was told to go online to complain. I was also given two bogus corporate phone numbers and was told she will email someone and call me within 1-2 days. I am livid with the lack of customer service and everyone just passing the buck! I abosutely hate Att right now and wish I could get out of my contract and installment fees asap!!! I have spoken to countless people's from October to date and still have not been helped!
