I was on a shared plan for a tablet and a wireless home phone. On 11/27 imported my tablet line to another carrier which left my wireless home phone. The plan should have been converted over to just a AT&T wireless home phone. But it never was and they keep charging me for a shared plan. Why is it hard to understand this?
