Stolen phones.....still getting charged

I must say I have been a customer for some time and why I stayed is beyond me.  I reported 2 phones stolen immediately and I am still being charged for the phones (they have insurance) and the contract fee for stolen phones.  I did a live chat and the person never explained I would still be charged fees on the phones even if I wasn't replacing them.  I was told my my plan would be $75 a month that is it.  Today I get a bill for $927!!! I went onto live chat and got insulted by the person I was chating with that if I had my car stolen I would still be responsible, the phone is no different! Of course I flipped from there.  Stolen phones, insane bill and then insults on top of it!!  I want out of this company so bad!  I have never had such a negative experience with a cell phone carrier before.  I am thinking the Go Phone plan was much better!  I keep being told that after I pay the insane amount on my bill, my phone bill will only be $65 plus tax.  Great, but I don't have the money for any canceled lines and phones I dont have or want.  I am so upset with this experience, I think when my contract is over so am I with AT&T
