AT&T Internal Fraud

Just recived my company bill for the month of July and it seems we have had a little fraud!  2 iphones were purchased in store (they didn't know the location) and shipped to Georgia.  One of the phones was unable to be delivered and the other was delivered.  This is 100% AT&T's fault.  Our company account has 2 authorized people on and they must show photo ID at the store to buy anything.  Our employees are always turned back and we must go with them to the store.  Somehow this person was allowed to purchase phones in-store and have them shipped to Georgia!  Our company is located in Pennsylvania and only does business there! Red Flag? Guess not! 

 

I contacted the fraud department and they said someone changed the account password and I would have to go to a store with my ID and get it changed.  The question is how was this person able to do all of this when they were supposed to have a password to purchase anything?  The sounds like AT&T has a little interal faud!
