I'm a customer since Nov and have had trouble with data overages and an atroucious roamin bill (ATT roaming chargeon my bill for roaming in Canada was at a rate of $20,000/GB. I spoke to customer care about moving to a new rate plan on my phone with a rerate that never happended; and also spoke with international roaming about adding international roaming with a rebate that never happened.
