I have been on the phone for countless amount of time both with AT&T and Asurion with no real answer. After paying for insurance for 3 years on my daughter's iphone4S we recently had to put in two consecutive claims for the phone as the result of an unfortunate accident. The cost to replace a prior iphone 4S for another daughter was $50. This time for this daughter the first replacement was $62 (now an older phone) and then $125 for the second replacement. I have been trying to get a copy of the agreement we signed on 1/23/2012 for her insurance coverage but no one can provide it or just do not respond to request. I am answered with scripted answers with no thought process on what I am asking. The cost of the second charge is financially straining and to me seems unjust. We have been dropped by Asurion which is fine with me.
