I received a text on dec 22 telling me my bill was due and asking me to press 1 if I wanted to pay. I pressed 1 and immediately got a confirmation that my bill was paid. On Jan 21 I received a text telling me my bill was due and asking me to press 1 if I wanted to pay. My bill had a $5.00 late fee. I called customer service and they told me my bill was due on the 18th of every month. They will gladly refund the late payments but cannot make their text message come on the due date. I had to switch to paper billing. I don't want a paper bill! I want my text to come on the due date! How many other people aren't paying attention to their bill and may be paying a late fee due to AT&T error?
