I preordered the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6Plus on Apples website to get devices early, I was in my upgrade period and I knew that in order to keep my discounted $15 access on my family share plan had to either purchase the phones through ATT Next or pay full price on Apples website. I had the money upfront that they asked for and it said no where through the ordering process that I was getting subsidized pricing 16G iPhone 6 for $499 and 128G iPhone $799 isnt subsidized and thats what Apple totalled it out and I paid. My next bill was crazy I found that I was now paying full $40 to access my data and was told that I now have two phones on contract basically because I didnt purchase both phones through ATT Next. I was enjoying a montly bill below $300 a month now Im way passed that due too lack of information that I was not paying full price for the phones after paying over $1200.00. I was told I that they see where the mistake was but unfortunately nothing can be done about it. I even offer to pay another $400 to make up the difference just to get my bill back to where it was before. Im now told that in order to fix it I have to buy out of both contracts at $375 each. All these years I have been a loyal ATT customer and this cant be fixed, is what I dont understand. It will take me a few months to do but I will buy out of those contracts and then its time to rethink the possibilites. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
